An Overview

Jhunjhunwala P.G. College has glorious history of providing education & opportunities to gift and talented young persons since 1994. Our college accredited by NAAC “B” grade (2011) and ISO (2020) UGC 2F & 12B , IQAC Establish 2017. The college is affiliated by Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University, Ayodhya. We foster a positive spirit and believe in creating & maintaining a fruitful collaboration between students, parents, teachers and supporting staff, striving to create a space that sustains excellence. To satisfy all curiosities, Jhunjhunwala P.G. College, Ayodhya beforehand Jhunjhunwala Mahila Mahavidyalaya was founded by a trust named Shri Laxmi Public Charitable Trust, came into existence. The basic objective behind the establishment of this institution is to impart knowledge, efficiency and to make students better citizens for tomorrow. We encourage all the students to seize the opportunities provided by the college and to be actively involved in all co-curricular activities that are offered. On the very same, the idea of giving scholarships, monetary-aid do help students of all level to benefit from the various opportunities given by this institution. Regular increase in the figure of students in Jhunjhunwala P.G. College, Ayodhya itself is sufficient to prove the work efficiency of our teachers. We are already working for all-round personality development as well as career counselling too. The campus has the latest infrastructure in terms of building, furniture’s & fixtures, lab apparatus and equipment’s, computer hardware/software connectivity, library, sports and Wi-Fi facility, seminar halls, green rooms and Centralized AC Auditorium. The college canteen is spacious enough and keeps all sorts of edible items. The beautiful lawns, the gallery of different shades of flower fulfils the whole atmosphere with enchanting fragrance. Security is provided to Students and Staff with a strict 24 x 7 vigil by way of security guards and CCTV surveillance. There is also provision for clean drinking water and rest rooms for Gents, Ladies and the physically challenged. The institute offers freedom to students to conduct various Academic, Social, Cultural and technological programs to foster creativity & Innovation.

We provide a pleasant and intellectually stimulating environment. In this regard and to accelerate our education system we have conducted several Bachelor and Master Courses as Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) 1994, Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) 1994, Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.)2005, Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) 2008, Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) 2007, Bachelor of Agriculture (B.Sc. Agriculture) 2021, Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)2004, Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) 2009, Master of Arts (M.A.) 2007, Master of Science (M.Sc.) 2010, Master of Commerce (M.Com.)2019. We try to give professional education a new perspective and achieve perfection in all spheres of education. In this view we are also introducing some vocational Degree courses 2021 and Diploma courses 2021 approved by NSQF , New Delhi. P.G. Diploma in Clinical Psychology, Diploma in Hospitality and Hotel Management, Diploma in Fashion Designing, Diploma in Dietetics and Nutrition, Diploma in Nursery and Horticulture Management, Diploma in Agri Business Management, Diploma in Goods and Service Tax, Diploma in Beauty and Wellness, Bachelor Vocational Degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management, Bachelor Vocational Degree in Fashion Designing. 

These courses help students in the better performance of their jobs as they acquire a great learning experience. The Institute is also a venue of National, International and state Level conferences, seminars and symposium, we provide exposure to the latest and advanced techniques and systems. The Placement scenario is also quite commendable as several premiere companies visit our campus for recruitment.
